********** The Club GT40 AGM will be held in conjunction with a Breakfast on the 18/7/2010. The plan is for everyone to meet at the venue which will be in the park on the Esplanade at Lota for breakfast at 0800. There are several shelter sheds and barbecue facilities in this area, and a reasonable amount of parking. Attached are the nomination forms for the committee positions for 2010/2011 of President, Secretary Treasurer, and Events Coordinator(2 positions) as well as the minutes from the 2009 AGM. Nominations for the committee positions will be accepted up to and including the day of the AGM. So if you have a desire to become an active member of the Club GT40 committee, send your nomination form, also signed by another member, in to the secretary before the AGM. The agenda for the 2010 AGM is also attached.
